In-depth coverage of this case with court documents and commentary can be found at Connecticut Carry. CTCarry has my profound gratitude for their active interest in this case.
An excellent resource pertinent to Jury Nullification here.
And here's a direct link to fija.org's Juror's Handbook.
After a reading of the above-linked handbook, I would enjoin you all to call upon all State and Federal court judges of conscience to fully inform the jury of their power to review not only the facts of the case at hand, but the law itself. Never, ever let a black-robed martinet tell you, as a member of a jury, that you must follow their instructions even if you believe the law to be unjust or unconstitutional, or that you do not have the right to refuse to convict on the basis of your conscience. Nor can you, as a juror, be required to explain your decision, be held liable for it, or in any other way be badgered or held liable for your concscientious refusal to convict. Know your rights as a juror!
