In-depth coverage of this case with court documents and commentary can be found at Connecticut Carry. CTCarry has my profound gratitude for their active interest in this case.
Recently, Jared Zwickler sat for a depostion in my wife's federal lawsuit against the city of Norwalk and Norwalk Police Department, which is based on the facts of my own case. I think you'll find his answers to Attorney Rachel Baird's questions to be illuminating, at the very least. Of particular interest is Zwickler's definition of the word 'brandish', on page 28 of the transcript. You'll also note a whole lot of "I don't remembers"; yeah, right.
Also, in keeping with the fact that I have nothing to hide, I too sat for a depostion in the same case. This is, I'm told, rather uncommon. Usually, when someone has criminal charges pending against them, they'll claim Fifth Amendment protections to avoid damaging their own case. So without further comment or ado, here is the transcript of my deposition by Corporation Counsel (Attorney M. Jeffry Spahr).
